Returns

Please do not send any items back before contacting us. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Change-of-Mind Returns
We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, uninstalled, undamaged, in its original packaging, and in a clean and resalable condition.
For change-of-mind returns:

Some lighting products may not be suitable for every country, outlet type, voltage, electrical setup, or intended use.
If a product was accurately described before purchase and is returned because it is not suitable for the customer’s local voltage, plug type, outlet type, installation setup, or intended use, the return may be treated as a change-of-mind return. In that case, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
This does not limit your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied, unsafe, or not as described.

If the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, incorrect, or covered under our warranty, Leno De Kada will offer a suitable resolution. This may include a replacement, repair, refund, return shipping support, or another reasonable solution depending on the issue.
For confirmed damaged, defective, incorrect, or warranty-related items, Leno De Kada will cover the reasonable cost of return shipping where a return is required, or provide another suitable solution.
One-Year Warranty
Leno De Kada provides a one-year warranty on eligible lighting products from the date of delivery.
This warranty covers eligible product faults, defects, or issues caused by manufacturing faults under normal household use.
The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, accidents, neglect, or improper care

Damage caused by incorrect installation

Damage caused by incorrect voltage, unsuitable power supply, or failure to follow product instructions

Damage caused by modifications, alterations, or unauthorised repairs

Damage caused by water exposure unless the product is clearly marked as suitable for wet areas or outdoor use

Normal wear and tear

If your warranty claim is approved, Leno De Kada may offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, repair, refund, or another remedy where appropriate.
This warranty is provided in addition to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
For damaged, defective, incorrect, warranty-related, or confirmed issue-related returns, Leno De Kada will cover the reasonable return shipping cost where a return is required, or provide another suitable solution.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method when sending items back to us. Leno De Kada is not responsible for return packages that are lost, delayed, or delivered to the wrong address because the customer used an incorrect address or non-trackable shipping method.
Lost, Delayed, or Never Arrived Orders
If your order is significantly delayed, your tracking has not updated for an extended period, or your order has not arrived, please contact us with your order number.
We will investigate the issue with the relevant carrier, supplier, fulfilment partner, or logistics provider.
If your order is confirmed lost or cannot be delivered after investigation, we will offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or another reasonable solution.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, colour, style, or variant, you may return your eligible item in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that your bank, card provider, or payment provider may take additional time to process and make the funds available in your account.
We do not issue refunds to a different payment method.

Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, incorrect, warranty-related, or confirmed lost item.
